CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Orders
All the orders can be done by Internet. The payment can be processed whether using a Visa or Mastercard or using a PayPal account. We will start to process the order once payment is received.

2. Price
The prices mentioned in the web of Doiycustom SL and charged to the client include VAT and other applicable taxes. The information that appears in the catalogues and price lists are only posted as a rough guide. Doiycustom has the possibility to change it at any moment without previous warning. When the client fills in the order form, it means that that the client agrees with the hereby conditions of sale.

3. Delivery
We propose a delivery option “Normal” which corresponds to aproxímate delivery leadtimes of 5 working days for Spain, 7 working days for the European Union, and 15 working days for the resto f the world. Doiycustom SL is not responsable for the delays alliens to the company, due to the courier company.
If the costumers want an “Express “ delivery option, they shall contact Doiycustom SL befote ordering and we will inform upon the conditions.
The leadtimes are subjetcs to stock availability. Doiycustom SL does not garantee stock. If a product that you bought is finally out of stock, Doiycustom SL will contact you.

* purchase of 30€ or more: free -
Shipments to the European Union:
* fix cost of 10€

5. Refund/Return Policy
Our return and refund policy is in conformity with Spanish law 23/2003, of 10th July on Warantees in the sale of consumer’s goods.
